Depends on what you like. Our high-season months are from November until April; this is the time with lots of crowds in which you can combine relaxing on the beach with the great nightlife on SXM. Super period to meet others.

Philipsburg is the capital of Dutch Sint Maarten, a sovereign country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Meaning they are an independently governed entity within the kingdom; therefore, the Netherlands is responsible for the Health and Safety of the country in case of emergency status.
Most celebrations are in Marigot and Philipsburg, the capitals of the Dutch and French side of the island.
